No water bath! Like all my cheesecake recipes, this one doesn’t require a water bath to prevent your cheesecake from cracking.And the method itself is almost ridiculously easy: just mix it all together and bake. Aside from needing a food processor or blender to transform the freeze dried strawberries into a fine powder, you don’t need any special equipment to make this cheesecake (no stand or hand mixer required).
